The Bachelor of Science in Business/Finance (BSB/F) program is designed for the working professional employed by a business or public organization. The program of study is designed to enable graduates to deal effectively with an increasingly complex business environment, emphasizing the professional and personal skills needed for effectively meeting organization needs. These skills include effective decision making, values, clarification, needs assessment, group facilitation, presentation, writing and leadership. The Finance major emphasizes fundamental accounting and finance concepts, theories, and practice to promote well-informed financial decision-making. Additional components of the major concentrate on managerial finance, investment fundamentals, portfolio management, and global finance. Students will integrate advanced topics in financial management through real-world business application.
Bachelor of Science in Business/Green and Sustainable Enterprise Management (Bachelor Degree)
The Bachelor of Science in Business (BSB) undergraduate degree program is designed to prepare graduates with the requisite knowledge, skills, and values to effectively apply various business principles and tools in an organizational setting. The BSB foundation is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practical application, while examining the areas of accounting, critical thinking and decision-making, finance, business law, management, marketing, organizational behavior, research and evaluation, and technology. Students are required to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the undergraduate business curricula through an integrated topics course. The Green and Sustainable Enterprise Management concentration will prepare students for management careers based on sustainable business practices. The program emphasizes the development of skills in operating standards, enterprise planning, social responsibility, sustainable management techniques. Upon completion of this program students will possess the knowledge and skills needed to manage business enterprises for a sustainable future. In the Green and Sustainable Enterprise Management concentration, 18 credit hours are required. Students must successfully complete four required courses: BUS/284 (Survey of Green and Sustainable Business),MGT/360 (Sustainable Enterprise Management), BUS/372 (Business Sustainable Standards), and MGT/470 (Sustainable Enterprise Planning). Students must also complete two additional business elective courses (6-credit hours) within the Sustainable Enterprise Management concentration. In addition to the required course of study, students must satisfy General Education and Elective requirements to meet the 120 (124 for Kansas) semester-credit minimums required for completion of the degree.

Professional Certificate/Call Center Professional (Certificate Program)
Call Center Management Professional Certificate (CCP) is a six-course, application based, undergraduate level certificate program. Students enrolled in this program will learn about and develop critical call center management skills with an emphasis on both strategic and tactical call center personnel, operations, and customer relationship management. This program provides the forum for understanding, utilizing, and capitalizing on emerging trends in the call center environment. The CCP program also places an emphasis on the call center management body of knowledge aligned with the core competencies established by Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC).
Project Management Certificate (Certificate Program)
The Professional Certificate in Project Management focuses on the professional success of its students.
